Trauma Supportive Yoga

Your Practice,

Your Pace.

$220 for 6 sessions spread across 6 weeks.

A slow, gentle practice that allows reconnection to the body, mind and self.

Sessions can be supportive for those who live with mental health challenges, disability, PTSD, CPTSD, recovering from injury or simply wanting to improve wellbeing.

For many who have experienced trauma, disconnection from the body is a natural protective response to emotional and physical pain.

Trauma Supportive Yoga can aid in regulating the nervous system and rebuild its capacity to experience emotions, leading to better mental wellness, cognitive function and improve physical health.

A consistent, repetitive practice may help communicate a sense of safety within the body and can also provide a supportive space for processing emotions.

By connecting with the body in a slow and gentle way, we create space for introspection, curiosity, and awareness by noticing internal sensations rather than focusing on the shape or pose.

A practice that strengthens the mind body connection to support balance and homeostasis over time.

Class size of 6 participants only.

A weekly practice that runs over the course of 6 weeks.

A discovery call is included to learn your needs and to personalise the practice for you.
