Lovewell-Being offers practices that are inclusive and accessible.

Who are we & what do we offer?

Lovewell-Being is a supportive online space and community dedicated to nurturing well-being through mindful movement, meditation, and holistic practices.

We invite individuals to explore and deepen their connection to self in a welcoming, inclusive online environment where yoga is accessible to all, including people living with disabilities.

Lovewell-Being offers mindful practices designed to meet you exactly where you are. With guidance from a trained practitioner, you are supported to self-modify. Choosing a pace, a breath count, or the size of your movement becomes your choice. How you practice and where, is always in your hands.

Lovewell-Being exists to create a space where every body is welcome, every experience is valid, and your practice is truly your own.

Trauma-supportive yoga sessions are delivered with thoughtful care and sensitivity, offering a different experience from a typical gym or studio class. There is a strong emphasis on choice, accessible and simplified asana and an ongoing awareness of what trauma may be present in the space.

Teaching is rooted in empathy and understanding, acknowledging that participants may feel vulnerable or tender, and prioritising a sense of safety, agency, and control throughout the practice.

It’s about giving your body and mind small moments of care that make a real difference, helping you rest more deeply, cope with overwhelm, ease pain, or support as you navigate your everyday life.

Through gentle challenges, we allow space for the mind and body to lean into slow growth. Rewiring neural pathways and gradually shifting the body as a whole toward homeostasis over time.

Private 1:1 Sessions

Private sessions are available for those wanting more one on one support through breathwork, gentle movement, and somatic practices.

If group sessions don’t feel right for you, private sessions offer a quieter, more personal space to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself.

Sessions are available online or in person and are guided at your own pace. Sessions can also be adapted to support people living with disability.

Sessions are guided at a pace that feels managable, with practices shaped to meet your individual needs and comfort level.

Whether you’re moving through anxiety, burnout, depression, PTSD, CPTSD, mental health challenges, physical injury, or simply wanting to build more resilience in daily life, these sessions are here to support you with care and understanding.

A space to breathe, move, restore, and reconnect with what’s already there - you.
